We have been using Whitlock’s now for quite some time.  The people at Whitlock’s are wonderful.  Every time we have the hood systems cleaned they are just that, clean!!  In the past we used another company and had constant problems with our hood systems not being cleaned properly or not at all.  With Whitlock’s you never have to worry about your equipment not being cleaned or cleaned properly.  They always show up early and are very professional.  I recommend Whitlock’s over any other company out there to clean any equipment in my restaurants.
